Store PoliciesPayment Methods AcceptedWe accept Visa and Mastercard, Checks and Money Orders in U.S. Funds, and PayPal. We will also accept Purchase Orders with prior approval, from verifiable entities i.e. libraries and schools.

Athorize.net provides encrypted gateway handling between this site and your credit card company. Your credit card information is deleted from this site after successful execution of your transaction.

-- Personal checks may take up to three days to clear once deposited. Product shipment will will be held until payment appears in our account.ReturnsIf you find that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us right away. We will go out of our way to earn your complete satisfaction.
You can return a book for any reason within 7 days of delivery. Your account will be credited for the purchase price upon our receipt of the returned book in the same condition as you received it.
If the reason for a return is our fault we will credit back the original shipping charge and cover the cost of return shipping.
In any case, please contact us by email or phone before you return a book.ShippingWith rare exceptions, book orders with confirmed payment received by 2:00PM Pacific Time (GMT 22:00) Monday - Friday, will be shipped that same day. After this time, shipment will be the next business day. We usually also ship on Saturdays, but this is less certain.
A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you with all tracking information available.
U.S. Domestic shipments will include delivery confirmation.
We do not recommend surface shipping for International Orders. Delivery times are in weeks, not days. Further, we reserve the right to refuse orders of high value books requesting surface shipping, as such shipments are not insurable. We will contact you by email, to discuss shipment options.Books Sold Subject To Prior SaleMost of the books offered on this site are also offered through other sales venues. While we update our listings on all sites frequently, on rare occations a book may have already been sold. If this were to occur we will contact you via email as quickly as possible so that you can make other arrangements.
Unless we have made special order arrangements with you, we do not drop ship orders.
